Rates

This trip is booking through Air Canada Vacations, and the flights will connect through Toronto.

This is a standard 7 night package so the applicable travel dates will be May 11 - 18th, 2013.

Please note that we can provide connector rates for any airport serviced by Air Canada. We have listed the rate from St Johns, but can also supply others as needed.

The trip is based on the basic room type of the Jr Suite. The room occupancy listed refers to how many people will be sharing the room.

Please note: The initial deposit date has passed, and we have booked all of the seats we were holding. We can however, add additional seats at the same rates but subject to availability, up to August 30th. The difference is that any new bookings will have final payment date of Sept 30th, 2012.

From St Johns
Junior Suite:
Double $2096.54 per person
Child age 2-12 $1467.54 sharing with parents

Availability is very limited on upgraded suites, and the total price is dependant on full payment being received by Sept 30, 2012,  or rate is $170 more per person. This is a condition quoted from Air Canada Vacations, and relates to when the rates were requested as that also determines not only the rates, but other booking conditions.

Also, please note that the upgrded suites are exactly the same as the Junior Suite; the only difference would be for the view from the room.

Oceanview Suite:

$2241.50 per person based on double

Oceanfront Suite:

$2427.50 per person based on double

From Halifax:
Double $1996.54 per person
Child age 2-12 $1367.54 sharing with parents


From Edmonton or Calgary:
Double $2026.54 per person
Child age 2-12 $1397.54 sharing with parents


I have had rates requested for a 10 day stay, so I thought I would post it here, in case there are others who would like to consider it as well.

10 night duration, May 11 - 21st, 2013:
From St Johns
Jr Suite:
$2545.78 pp

Oceanview Suite:
$2704.78 pp

Oceanfront Suite:
$2972.78 pp

From Calgary or Edmonton:

Jr Suite:
$2475.78 pp

Oceanview Suite:
$2634.78 pp

Oceanfront Suite:
$2902.78 pp

These rates for upgraded rooms or 10 night duration are all reflecting the price dependant on full payment by Sept 30, 2012. Otherwise rate is $245 more per person.

We will require a $250 per person deposit to book your space. We can initially hold rates and space for 30 days, so we are working with a deposit deadline of August 3rd.

Final payment will be due by March 8th, 2013.
Travel insurance premiums will also be due by the same date.

I have received a number of questions regarding the flight times. As the main flight is booked out of Toronto, here are the times for it:

To connect to this flight from any gateway across Canada, that portion will be added as a connector flight, and there will be options based on your preference if you wish to have an overnight in Toronto, or not.
